You need to read some grow FAQ's, find the FAQ forum on this site.
Anyway, here are some basics:

Pull your male plant, he will mess up your crop by pollenating the females.

Switch to 12/12 very soon as your amount of lighting will not reach much of the lower parts anyway.

You MUST make sure that they have 99+% darkness during the dark period.

Your lights should be 1-3 inches from the plant tops. Read some CFL threads.

Tie your plants down so most/all the tops are at the same level and therefore close to the light. Read LST thread.

Change nutrients to flower formula and maintain appropriate PH, see nute FAQ.

Add some lights with the lower kelvin color (2700K) for flowering, this mimics fall light for better yield, see light FAQ.

Your lights, though not super strong will do fine for a small grow. Try to get 50watts (real watts, not incandescent equivalent watts) per square foot, but the more the better. Again, see light FAQ.

This will give you some idea, but read, read, read, read and read some more.

Good Luck!
