    Flowering time line?

So im just entering into flowering, the completion of week 1 of flowering is actually today, and im just trying to get a rough idea of what to expect over the next few weeks.

I know week 1-2 are primarily stretch weeks, so im assuming i should start seeing some more serious flower growth around week 3. Then from there (like week 3 through week 6 or so) i should just see continued flower growth and around week 7 she should really start putting on weight and possibly begin eating herself, then (from what ive read) im expecting to harvest around week 8.

Does this seem fairly accurate, if not please give me a point in the right direction. Oh also its just bagseed so i have no real frame of referance for what to expect from the breeder, as well as the fact that this is my first grow.

sounds about right, (minus the "eating herself" <---wtf?) however, stretch that over about 10 weeks rather than 8.

only way yull get 8 weeks is with good genetics

at the end of a plants life cycle it pulls nutrients from itself to feed the budding.

The total flowering time will depend on the strain and the strain's indica/sativa mix percentage. Indicas typically flower quicker, usually around 7-9 weeks (sometimes longer or shorter). Sativas usually run longer into the 10-12 week range.

Your information on stretch time, budding time, etc., was all good. Don't forget to look into flushing your system with water or a flushing agent towards the very end. There are plenty of flowering boosters out there too, so keep on looking.

aye i think im fairly set with flushing and everything, im just trying to get an idea of when whats gonna be happening. My plants a bagseed mix and most people seem to think its a bout a 50/50 mix of indica / sativa so i suppose about 9 to 11 weeks is the range i should be lookin at then.
