hi everyone! i've enjoyed reading this, though i admit, after page 20 i just skipped to the last.

please don't look down on me for my ignorance, i'm just a little redneck mountain girl that loves her green. kinda ashamed to admit it here, but i smoke out of a one hitter that used to be a keychain, and the ends where you screw them off are so stripped from years of use that it's a pain to keep all three parts connected. about 5 hits from it does me good. at times i can roll a decent joint..lol. i'm poor, but luckily i have a friend to gives me some from time to time. definitely not the best, but not the worst. shwag to mids (i assume). i've never used it in any other way other than smoking, though i have heard of brownies, and i'm so intrigued to try something else other than smoking, especially when i go visit family, it's hard to make excuses to go to the store every few hours!

i'm not looking to get knocked on my ass, i still need to funtion for daily family stuff. i want the effect of smoking, without actually smoking. smoking works great, but lately i've had this nagging feeling that my lungs don't like it anymore. i love the idea of the capsules and think its a great way to prolong my supply. (or is this the wrong method for me? should i look into something else) i just have a few questions...i'm sorry if i missed them while i was reading...

i have no scales, and no clue how much i get when i get it. can anyone break down the recipe into measurements other than grams or ounces? (as in, when i grind it up, how much would i need (tsp, tbsp?) i'm thinking it will take a few times of experimenting to get just right, and i don't want to end up wasting too much of what little i get. like i said, i'm looking for a nice buzz, and with using stuff that isn't the greatest ever (i never knew that it green had so many different names! i told ya, i'm a redneck girl, we get what we can when we can!) i think i can get the rest of the procedure down, just need to get a thermomoter. but i don't want to try anything until i make sure i know just how much to use.

i'm sorry if i sound so lame and ignorant. and please don't think of me and as idiot jumping into something i know nothing about. i don't want to try anything until i'm confident and sure of what i am doing. i have no intention of trying this method until i completely and fully understand it. which is why i haven't just thrown it in and see what happened..lol.

oh, and for what it's worth, the stuff i get, is ready to be smoked. is this what what you are using, or do you use freshly picked herb? tried growing my own but freaked out when i came home and saw cops parked in my yard (turns out they were just there for the neighbors, and my plant only got like six inches high..lol. but it still freaked me out!).

sorry for the long post and numerous questions, but i'm seriously interested in this method and would like to try it, but i don't want to go into it completely stupid with no clue what i'm doing and just hope for the best. i want good results, even if it takes a while, i want to start out making the smallest amount so i can experiment until i find the perfect combination to make in bigger batches.
