Even over long periods of time? Like 24 hours? I would think it would break it down over that long a period. Like how you bake it at 300 for 5 minutes when making green dragon, or you can bake it at 200 for 20 minutes. I would think an even longer period at a lower temp would work. I am sure there is a limit to how low you can go. I just don't have the herb to experiment with
