Large Yields

In the process of building a new grow room, looking for some expert advice as far as getting the most out of each plant. Looking to get the Ebb & Gro 12-Plant Hydro system: Ebb & Gro 12-Plant Hydroponic Grow System - Plantlighting Hydroponics
Im looking to harvest atleast a Half Pound a plant, not to sure how many watts i would need a plant any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I dont really have a budget so if anybody has a similar type setup and would like to help out a noob get started that would also be appreciated.

Half pound a plant is tough but doable. Probably a high yielding indica strain with MH for veg and HPS for flowering.
