First closet set up ! Need advice !

But the problem is that i cant find HPS or MH in any store in Croatia . So i buy this fluo and cfl-s ! They the best light that i find . What is the best choice if i cant find hps or mh ? ?
I will upload some pics how my little honey
grow under this lights ! I now i need more light but....something will grow ! ( I hope :rasta: )
