So me and my bro were in my truck smoking and a undercover van zoooooomzzz up next to us and two guys ran out to the sides of the car, i droped the one-shotter under the mat on the floor, they didnt see it though. They ended up letting us go, But never searched my truck.....it was reaking of GANJA SCENT! can they not search the car if they smell it? or do they have to see it?:smokin: Rating: 5

A policeman can and will lie to get to you. Also, smell can give them probably cause, at least where I live.

I've actually had a policeman say that they smell marijuana and basically barge his way into my car. Good thing I had smoked that J and lost the roach long before I got pulled over. He looked like a fool.
