The seeds are soaking between 2 plates in a damp paper towel in my closet. It's night so it gets a little cold and ur supposed to keep it between 70-90 degrees during this process. How could i keep it warm? put like a towel around it or something?

That would be the thing to do.... Just keep the chill off of them and get them in soil so they can be on there way!
