So no, it doesn't sound like laced weed to me. I don't think laced weed is as common as some people believe it to be.
I don't think your lack of food had anything to do with what happened to you. There's been plenty of times that I've went a whole day without eating, but gotten high, and it never seemed to affect me any differently other than making my munchies stronger lol.

Your weed probably wasn't laced since nothing happened to your buddy. Unless he's the one that laced it, and is just used to smoking it that way, but it sounds like you know the guy better than that.

You say you've been having dizzy spells, was this before or after the weed that knocked you out? You should probably go to a doctor and tell him what's going on. Include the story you told us if you have to, it will make it easier for him to diagnose you. What you experienced sounds like it has something to do with your blood sugar or blood pressure.

I've been getting these dizzy spells lately and I don't know if I smoked laced weed or if I seriously need to go to the doctor so any opinions are appreciated... So last night me and my friend rolled up and decided to blow behind this building they make tombstones at (The setting is sort of important that's why I'm bringing it up).
