New setup

Before i was using a 1000whps i think it killed all my plants lol this is new setup with
~4t12 40w each 4feet long
~5 120watt cfl

I think you are working with a lot of opposing factors here...

The 1000w HPS is one of the best, most efficient lights out there. Some problems you could have had were light leaks, too close to the plant, or no good time schedule. The CFL bulbs are wonderful for vegetative growth, but they definately lack when it comes to the flowering. You definately want a HPS, or at the least a MH for your flowering.

Also, looking at your setup, it looks like your plants were stretching. This is caused by the lights not being close enough to the plants. The plants need to be within 3 inchs of the CFL and the tube lights to get adequate lighting. The 1000w HPS creates so much heat that it needs to be about a foot and a half to two feet away.

So there are some options. Work on light leaks and maybe the humidity as well.
