Is there something similar to a Wiki page for cannabis cultivation?

Just as every profession has their lingo, so does growing Marijuana,
I just wanted to know because I intend on growing once I get my medicinal card. And i'm having a hard time understanding all these Tutorials/Instructions/Grow Logs because of my newb ignorance.

That'll be a ton of help when I start.
Is there like a grower's dictionary though?
For instance, I don't understand what OMRI is, what exactly do they mean by flushing, topping, pinching...
Will I just learn these as I go? Or should I thoroughly understand them before I start?
(I usually choose the second one with everything I do is why.)
