Erowid vaults are the best source iv found. They give you the proper doses and have ppl telling of their experiences with particular drugs! Anyway have fun with the nutmeg. I havnt smoked it b4 and am not likely to just for the simple fact that weed is almost always ther if I need it and Iv heard to many bad stories about nutmeg
