How much Light?
Hey... I read that plants grow better in the dark (more efficient use of stored energy etc), on stored up light energy. So i've been thinking bout doing a 1 hour on, 1 hour off lighting on my baby plant. My theory is they can't store much, so if one the light is on one hour they can store a bit an then grow faster during the dark hour. Its just a theory, so i wanted to know what everyone thinks

How much Light? so im a first timer and i have a few 150watt = 40 watts powered cfls. only one kindb plant and seems to be coming along nicely. but being outa the house alot i dont leave them on all day to avoid the potential ofa fire hazard. mostly all night from 12am-10am. my question is how much light should i give him daily? i am pretty sure that the lights should stay on all day. any help towards this matter is much appreciated. :) Rating: 5The fine print: I have comfort issus.
