If you have an oral piercing you should avoid smoking cigarettes. Ganja is totally fine, trust me - just try not to bump your lip ring up against the bong.

I got a titanium labret because I'm allergic to nickel. It hasn't flared up or anything like my nickel piercings used to. It's going really well.
