Absolutely essential. Each are around $20-$30. The way you tell if you have enough food in your solution is with a PPM meter. Of course a PH pen is even more important. You can kinda guess at PPM but not PH.

And if you have a 40 gallon res, keep in mind you probably will not be filling it to the brim, maybe like 38 gal.

NEED HELP FEEDING Hi guy's & lady's OK HERE GOES I'm feeding my plant with floranova nutrients and the chart I got Say's to use 2.5 ml per gal for floragrow micro and bloom the first week and 12 ml the 3rd so I have a 40 gal reservoir so do I use 100ml the 1rst week and the 3rd would be 400ml for the grow 200ml for mocro and 120ml of florabloom is that right that seems to be a lot of food please any info would be greatly appreciated Rating: 5
