    over fert help

Granular fertilizer is a bad choice for indoor cannabis, it generally breaks down too slowly to do the plant any good, or it makes the soil toxic if broken down too quickly by repeated waterings.

Glad to hear that your plants are recovering, though. If you're starting to show symptoms of deficiency, then you can go ahead and start feeding with a very dilute (1/4) soluble fertilizer. As long as the plants seem to respond well to it, you can gradually up the solution until you reach a level that appears to be working.

Lots of people make the same mistake with granular fertilizers, and tend to add a little too much in hopes of greater returns in yield. Again, most of these fertilizers are meant for heartier plants, and can be overkill for delicate cannabis roots. If used in moderation, they can probably still be beneficial...but it'll still be impossible to control how much fertilizer is released to the plant at any given time. You have much better control over this with soluble fertilizers and teas.

    Take care, and good luck!
