I was curious to see how many people on here detox. Im not looking for drink a lot of water for weeks, take niacin, or take some other pills that dont work. I am looking for useful info that actually works. As for me since I can only smoke about 2-3 bowls every 28-30 days I dont have to do much. However I would like to see if anyone, FBR in particular, has any suggestions. Right now I make a point to work out on the weekends with weights and then do cardio about 2-3 weekdays so I can try to burn some fat or at least keep my weight. I also drink enough water to hopefully keep my metabolism going. Finally I make a point to try and eat foods that are high in fiber such as raisin bran, wheat bread, and green lettuce. What else can be done?
