water temps, room temps, heaters, etc...
Currently, my setup is doing ok I think BUT:
1) when the HPS is off, the room can get to ~60 F (were at veg right now) (well one thermometer says 58, another says 65)
2) humidity is low, and when I say low, I mean around 25%
3) light is on during the night, as to help counter act the low temperatures in this area at night.
4) water temperature seems cold, maybe around 60degrees if not a few degrees less.
the room itself is small, so I dont want to stick a 800W ceramic heater in there just to warm it up a bit (not to mention electric bills)
I found a nice little office oil filled heater that uses 400W (only one setting) that would most likely do the job well, along with not starting any fires.
the water tank is in a plastic "bin" so getting a heating element for it would be out IMO.
any ideas for these problems?
maybe this?

If thats an oil filled heater that would be a good one. I just bought a bigger oil filled one at Target for $30.But it doesn't have a humidifier.
Your humidity and temp is actually pretty good. I run my humidity about 35%,temps vary from a low of 62 to a high of 82.

well the one i bought was a convection one (with a metal heating element, not ceramic)
the one with the humidifier is a ceramic heater.
I currently am testing my oil filled heater in there...
I just don't like having only 1 inch of free space around it i guess...
there was a 400W oil heater that puts out apx 1200BTUs of heat, but id have to get it online. (its also thin as hell which is good)
I'll stick to oil heaters though
also, what can i do if my humidity levels are in the high tens low 20s? (aside from getting a humidifier, which wont help anyways since the fan probably sucks out about 150 CFM.
would it be a good idea to have the fan on a timer to turn off when the HPS goes off? (to allow the heater to have to do less work)
