This is one that we think may be a female..What you think?

This is exactly how the outdoor plant looked in the beginning then appeared to be budding but then a bunch of seeds? Q!?!?!??!? The one above just seems to have gotten balls all the sudden over night...No hairs...

This normal?? I thought it was pretty plain and simple..

White hairs = female
Sacs = male

What you think?

These are males. Get them out now. They don't have pollen yet so you don't have to stress, but get them out now.

I'm thinking that if you have white hairs followed by seeds, you probably have a hermie. You can still smoke it and it will get buds. Careful though, seeds pop in the bowl, sometimes spewing ash and embers all over the place.

Should i be cutting or trimming some stuff off?? They are over 2 feet tall now and i think i may run out of head room...

I cut down 1 male yesterday.. That really sucks by the way..

And i think i have 1 more male to take care of but am going to wait until im 1000% sure..

And i believe we have 2 females...We really only have room for 2 anyway, 4 was just not going to work...and to be honest i don't even know if we have room for 2 !?! :wtf:

Its only a hermie if you are sure that it never got pollenated. Otherwise its just another knocked up bitch.

No but that's really funny.

GrowMe, if you don't want them to get so tall you should be topping them. Whenever you remove one shoot, you usually get two instead. It makes a shorter plant, but it doesn't make any less yield because it also makes a bushier plant with more bud sites. You can also do LST where you keep tying down the main shoots. That makes more good shoots growing out from the main stem, and ultimately results in about the same kind of shorter, bushier plant as topping does. You can also use a screen, and just don't let any part of the plants grow up past it. A screen also makes more efficient use of the available space, since you can position buds wherever is best.

How do i top the plants? I'm scared to do anything like that for fear i will F them up..I thought topping was only when they were vegging or something like that?

It is only for vegging. I didn't mean you should do it now, just a general technique for keeping them short. Not a whole lot you can do after going to flower except put a screen over them, or keep tying them down away from the light. A screen seems easier to me.

To top, cut off the main growing shoots right next to the node below. Usually two shoots arise instead of one, and the plant will grow more out and less up.
