Looks like that air stone is making some nice fine bubbles. It's hard to tell if you fried them or starved them without knowing what ppm your solution is. For those littlest ones, you probably want less than 600ppm. For those bigger ones, I should think they could handle twice that. Remember when you increase food, do it slowly and in stages so that you can watch for any signs of nute burn.
