Opie Yutts I need your help friend
quote=GrowMe
1) Put 2 tsps per 2 gallons...No idea if this is good or bad but guess we'll see...What you think?
I'd say that if you don't want to get a $25 PPM pen, then you should figure out how much nutrients to add by the directions on the container, or by starting low and gradually increasing until you see the first sign of nute burn, then back it off to the previous amount. Of course the easiest and most accurate way is by PPM levels.
2)Finally got a thermo/hygrometer..Is reading 88 degrees F and 58%RH..Think thats ok? I only have 4 - 26 W CFLs in there now..can't imagine how hot its going to be when I flower...
More windage! Your plants will most likely do better if you keep your temps under 85, but better yet under 80. 60 humidity is best, but mine do fine a 35.
3) is it ok for them to be in hte same closet next to the aero system? If so should i put them outdoors when i want them to flower or something liek that...
Just keep in mind that clones, mothers, and vegging plants need 18/6 light, and blooming plants need 12/12. You cannot let the two schedules interfere with each other.
4)NOW, the question is should i get a 4 outlet ecoplus bubbler air pump: ?
4 Outlet EcoPlus Air Bubbler Pump Hydroponics Aquarium - (eBay item 200173694847 end time Nov-20-07 14:30:00 PST)
OR - Just get another one of the small 2 outlet air pump like i have now?
Well you are going to have to decide that, but I recommend going bigger and fewer rather than more and smaller when it comes to air pumps. I would definitely not buy the EcoPlus line. I have had very bad luck with them. They seem to give up pumping, or continue pumping but start doing it extremely loud after just a few months. I hope I'm not too late, but check this out: http://boards.cannabis.com/hydroponi...bles-once.html
If i were to do this it would obviously eliminate the sprinkler..Would that be sufficient as long as a couple inches of roots were in the water?
Yes, you don't even need any roots in the water, but it is best for power outages purposes. The bubbles popping on the surface should provide plenty of moisture to roots.
Thanks everybody, especially OPIE!!!!!
No problem.
