okay and by new smoker i mean like, never smoked! so i live in Ny any1 no any legel advice 4 me and tips not 2 get busted....o and i no this is in the rong area but any general advice and tips, stuff i need 2 no will be helpful!

No problem any time. I have been smoking for the last 6 years......I think, and I've never been busted. The precautions I take are pretty basic. Always buy through a safe source, never buy from someone you don't know. If you have any weed in the vehicle make sure that is hidden good, make sure that the smell is not visible. Never smoke and drive and if you do make sure that you use clear eyes, and that the smell is masked. If you have any one else in the vehicle, make sure that both of you have the same story in case you get pulled over, and if you do get pulled over act completely normal, cuz most likely it's for something small like a broken tail light. If you live with someone who doesn't approve try to smoke outside, unless you have nosy neighbors. If you don't have a choice theres a technique to mask the smoke, stuff a paper towel roll with dryer sheets and wrap a single dryer sheet around the end of the roll using a rubber band and blow your smoke through it, and if you have a spray like oust or Lysol definitely use it. The most important rule is don't look like a stoner look just the opposite.
