How bad is this for your lungs?

I know how a joint is equal to 5 cigarettes and that crap, but lately I've been smoking using my gravity bong I usually only take one or two hits on it and I'll be out of it, i was wondering if this is not as bad as a joint because it's only like one or two hits, if you use a bong does the water help make the smoke not as bad?

Its not as bad as a full joint put it that way but then again it depends doesnt it..

You might put shit loads of weed in your bong (depending how big your bowl is 2grams for example)

and might only make 1 gram joints..

No such thing as a joint being worse than a cigarette.Look at all the crap they put in a cigarette besides tabacco. The filter is the only thing about a cigarette that is more healthy than a joint.

Marijuana has more tar in it than a cigarette does (im not sure of the exact numbers), however this is how i look at it. How many people you know that smoke a pack of weed a day?

also ignore it whenever someone spouts "it has this many carcinogenic chemicals in it blah blah blah" Coffee vapor, ie coffee smell has over 800 carcinogenic chemicals in it.
