Actually it always does..I move into a heightened awareness state..

Today, I observed the different ways that i speak to different people..also noticed that my actions are on a self preservation mode at the current time:jointsmile:

When you start watching yourself your just really disociating. Its really fucked up and leads to really bad mental problumes. scitoz, loss of ego, depersonalizeation.
