Also, most, if not all, glass pipes have a carb built in for quick deliverance of the smoke into the lungs. From the wooden pipes that I've seen, there are no carbs. Smoking out of a pipe without a carb is almost like smoking from a joint/blunt when it comes to deliverance of the medicine. But I wouldn't say it's worse.

I don't think that the wood would filter out any of the active psychoactive and regulatory cannabinoids (CBD). I doubt that it would filter out THC, as that would not make much sense.

Flavor drops? Why? Do you not enjoy the flavor of the herb itself, or maybe you don't get herb that tastes good either because it isn't cured long enough or it is just not good in general (not meant to be offensive)? I wouldn't like the idea of inhaling chemicals that give off extra flavor. Although, putting flavorings in bong water might not be as harmful as the method that you are thinking of.
well to start, ive definatly had a variety of weed, and theres nothing wrong with the flavor of weed, its nice and fine im just a person who likes to mix things a lot and im not really in love with the flavor as many seem to be
furthermore, i have a metal, straight pipe with no carb so its not a new variant

and as for the bong flavoring i like to use canned juice concentrate so long as the bong isnt too hart to clean, i feel like when i use regualr juice i dont get very much flavor but itd prob work better if there was a diffuser involved (more surface area to carry the floavor on more of the smoke?)

thanks, but it just so happens i like the wood pipes for the reason you dont
