Vitamin B confusion- B2 or B12?
Hey all, I'm taking a urine test tomorrow and I'm gonna try and follow N2's dilution method. Unfortunately I just found this thread tonight and I won't be able to take any creatinine supplements in time. Last smoked (vaporized, does that matter?) Sunday, and I'm a daily user.
Gonna go with gatorade for fluid, aspirin, and B12....or B2???
I just bought a bottle of B12 supplements, but after some googling, I am starting to think that B2 is what gives urine a more yellow color, not B12. Do both work? [people seemed to use them interchangeably in N2's thread]
Anyways, thanks to everyone for putting in their two cents, and I will most certainly get back to you guys with the results.
Cheers!
