about 8-10 plants. Since its such a minimal amount should i be too worried about the electricity going up too much? Since its winter time it should be anyways cuz people are using more heat. Also i live in california so i can get my card so im not too worried about local cops, but would the d.e.a even bother trying to "sting" me or whatever, or do they typically go for bigger operations?
