I was wondering, when I roll the joints, it is required to use a roach? People say that roaches soak up alot of the THC, and I get cant my hands on a bong or a pipe. If you roll em right you wont get mouth full of weed and it will hit just fine. I used to roll with roaches and to me it seemed a waste of time cuz it was just as good.

Smoking without a roach is worse in everyway possible imo.

I use mostly roaches, it's just easier to roll the cone with a roach in it.
Or sometimes we roll the joint with the tobaccohead of a filter cigarette.

In my experience, you don't need a roach. Just make sure your lips are dry when you hit it

this "roach" to me is a new fangled thing in the states. if you know how to properly roll a joint it hits just as good and you dont get a mouth full of bud. but to each his own

i dont like joints bc its more work than its worth if ur just smokin a lil, when i started i picked up a nice looking metal piecec and i use it all the time, when im lookng to smoke more i just roll blunts. plus, all that smoke commin off the end of ur jonit is wasted weed, usually u got light a pipe everytime u hit it but its a lot less wasteful
and id advise against getting a piece if ur in any risk of getting caught so u dont have any paraphernalia thats when joints are best so u can just eat em or whatever

dude it's up to your personal preference. some people find it easier with filters, some people don't. it's bigger in europe than it is in the US. I always use them with joints (not usually with blunts), for me personally it doesn't make sense to try to squeeze smoke out of a joint while burning your lips and getting pieces of bud between ur teeth and having residue all of your mouth and fingers. and having a roach / filter doesn't affect how high you get.
