1) You might as well heat it up. Practice heating it up, securing it, then checking its temp 45 mintues later, 1 hour later, 1 & 1/2 hours later. Always start with bringing it to temp. Practice practice practice.

2) It's Vitamin B-2 Riboflavin you need; however, for a lab test it really isn't important. It is only useful for instant testing. The recommended dosage is 1.2 mg per day but many supplement are 50 mg doses. Try a half a tab or 25 mgs if you really want to color your urine.

3) Actually, in some states it is a crime to alter a drug test or use devices that fool a test (whizzinator, substitute urine, additives, etc). Will you get prosecuted for a pre employment test? I have never heard of anyone being prosecuted for getting caught cheating on pre employment testing. In fact I only know a couple of people who get caught and those are all from the board and not my friends. I'm sure it's too much trouble for the collectors and probably not worth their time. If you are on probation and you get caught, you bet your ass the judge will hear about it and that might get your probation revoked and or additional charges. It depends on how you get caught or caught for what as to whether you fail right off the bat. Say your sub isn't the right temperature, you have to provide another sample within 3 hours and both samples are tested so that wouldn't be automatic.
