My guess is nutrient lockout due to your pH. You want your pH to be around 5.7 or so. Anything below 5.5 starts causing lockout, which can lead to several deficiencies. Get your pH right and see what happens then.

If I compare previous pictures they are growing in height but I think they are not thriving. Also, looking at those roots I think there is a problem. The brown was from a previous organic nute, but the roots seem to be shriveling and not really developing out.
