dude dont worry man iv done the same thing with cigars. Its the nicotine in the cigs that makes u feel sick. Especially if ur not used to it, it will give you a major head rush and make u feel pretty nauseas. Most people dont even inhale cigs so for you being new and inhaling the whole thing it was a recipe for disaster.
