I just started smokin bud about 2 weeks ago, smoked about 4 blunts so far. So anyway, let me get to my problem. Last night I was in my garage and I wanted to work on my inhaling smoke so I grabbed a cigarette and lit it up and smoked it and inhaled the whole thing (which was something that was hard for me, for me being a beginning smoker). So, I feel kinda nausea and my stomach feels funny so I lay down in the garage Rating: 5

If you had a funny head buzz like light headiness then you had too much nicotine. When we packed lips of tobbacco way back in freshman year we got our friend Charlie to pack one for his first time and later on he apparently spewed in class.

The only thing you can get wrong inhaling is swallowing a bit of your hits into your stomach, easy just dont swallow any air.


And I know youll want to roll your eyes when you hear this but just plain avoid the cigarettes. Ive been smoking 5 years and really really wish I had just said no right from the beginning like some healthy friends of mine did

Nicotine is so poisonous that if you ate two cigarettes (rather than smoked them to let most of it burn off into the air), you would die.

So. Don't smoke fast if you don't have a high tolerance for nicotine. (Which, being only your second cigarette, is obviously not the case.)

You had nicotine poisoning, and there is no nicotine (or anything bad like that) in cannabis smoke.

SO: no need to worry, and y'know, just relax on the how to inhale thing. Everybody is a newb once.
