Your best bet would be to substitute. You may be able to pass with dilution but with your smoking history, I wouldn't chance it. Read the substitution sticky and practice maintaining temperature and transfering the liquid. You don't need to use urine for practicing.

NOTE: Drinking tons of water will get you a negative dilute, which isn't passing.
Pre-employment tests usually aren't observed.
