smoking dictates where you come from

My experience: for the most part what is smoked from depends on the number of people, with joints/blunts being passed around for larger groups and bongs/pipes for smaller groups. If everyone wants their own (smaller groups) then we'll each have a pipe/joint. I personally cycle through all methods available to me within maybe a week (joint, pipe, bong, vaporizer, etc).

I personnaly prefer to smoke joints over blunts. Alot of my friends smoke blunts, and I used to smoke blunts while chilling with them. However, because I don't smoke tobacco it's really harsh to me me while hitting a blunt. I like bongs, and hookahs , too. But my tried and true method is joints. The old standby... All you need is papers and weed and in 30 seconds you'll be lighting up.

i think people in the northeast tend to smoke blunts more. mostly dutches here in new york.

I see it like this,
what you prefer to smoke out of is based SEEMINGLY on these 2 factors:
what gets you highest
what type of person you are

Bongs get me fucking ripped, and I FEEL that they utilize the most of my experience,
Plus, i'm a person that likes to take advantage of making big off of little.
So, naturally, bongs are my favorite.

But then again, some people have situational highs, and getting really high is based off of:
who you're with
where you're at
how many worries do you have

As for different regions preferring certain ways of smoking, that's coincidence in my opinion. Smoking is dynamic. Go figure.

We're big on pipes here (upper midwest). Some of the more hardcore types have bongs. I'll do a magic middle if I've got to make it portable.

But in the northeast, it was blunts, or bongs.

I love smoking in different ways. I don't have one that's my "favorite". It just depends on the situation.

If I'm in a creative mood, and have lots the freedom to do so, I like to make shit to smoke out of. I made a bubbler Friday night and had some fun with it.

If I'm just bored, I like to roll joints. I've gotten pretty good at rolling them over the past few weeks, and mine seem to get me in the perfect zone. Also, I feel safe smoking a joint because anyone that sees me from a distance wouldn't think anything of it (as opposed to someone seeing me taking rips from a bong lol).

When I'm with somebody else, I like to smoke a blunt. I know the saying is that "a joint is made for 2, and 3's company", but I feel that way about blunts. I prefer smoking a blunt with 1 other person, if there's more heads on a blunt then that, I can't stop thinking about how much higher I'd be if that 3rd person didn't exist lmao.

My bowl is probably what I smoke out of most often though. Thing is, I don't prefer it at all. It's great for smoking in my car, or when I'm in a hurry (such as when I'm at work. Don't wanna be stinking up the parking lot smoking a blunt for 5 minutes).

Gravity bongs are nice too. It just ends up really messy when I use one, and the winter time is NOT gravity bong season for outdoor smokers like myself. I'd say the gravity bong gets me more ripped than anything, off a small amount too.

Through my experience in the US it is more of a divison of culture. People in the suburbs and country smoke out of pieces where most people from the city smoke blunts. idk about overseas.

The prefered method of smoking around here is blunts. But when it comes down to me just chilling it's the vap or bong.

i prefer the nice chill bong sitting in my bedroom. it is ice chilled, strait and glass. i very seldom break a piece and i do love the nice clean taste (or lack there of) of glass.
