Does anyone find that stopping toking is really difficult?
Any long term users? I've been smoking weed for 35 years almost every day. I can stop for a few days, but I rarely do. I still run one or two miles a few times each week. I smoke only once a day, about 10 tokes. But that will change to about TWO tokes per day because of some FANTASTIC shit I just harvested (NL#5 and Super Skunk). I am habituated to pot, like to coffee, not addicted. Addiction inplies something madadaptive about the habit. I know my lungs are damaged because I feel a slight heaviness in my chest when I wake up in the morning. I still don't have any symptoms of lung cancer, thank God.

Been toking about 3 grams a day without fail for the last 2 years and now I've had enough now and want to stop toking and continue with my gym work. But I can't get to sleep without a joint its so annoying! I just lay there literally all night long, if I'm lucky I will get about 2 hours sleep. Does anyone else find this? Rating: 5
