yeah absolutely. it's crazy, but what I've found is that you're body can be trained in any direction you want. I used to not be able to eat unless I had a bowl, much less sleep. After about 2 weeks of a change in smoking schedule, the body seems to recover and you can go about normal activities without a bowl.

For example, I've been dry recently and was smoking about a pea-sized amount of bud per day. My body is accustomed to taking its first bowl at about 3 pm, but with my dryness I had to put it off until 6pm. I was crazy irritable and jonesing, but after a week, my body learned that it's not getting a bowl till 6, and it became much easier. I haven't gone without herb all day for many consecutive days for a while, but I imagine that my body would refuse to sleep for a while, but would finally sleep with no help after a week or two.

Don't feel like a fiend or junkie or anything. weed is a drug and the body can become adapted to it, but it's no more serious than a coffee habit. I think one of the worst addictions is to food. shabbat shalom
burnable Reviewed by burnable on . Does anyone find that stopping toking is really difficult? Been toking about 3 grams a day without fail for the last 2 years and now I've had enough now and want to stop toking and continue with my gym work. But I can't get to sleep without a joint its so annoying! I just lay there literally all night long, if I'm lucky I will get about 2 hours sleep. Does anyone else find this? Rating: 5
