Eating cold foods?I used to eat like you but times have changed and so have my eating habits. Originally Posted by geonagual Originally Posted by geonagual

Now my wife cooks my dinner and if there is anything left, it goes down the garbage disposal because I will eat it if it is there and my belly will get bigger and fatter again which is something I have been working on for three years now. I lost 40 pounds since I quit smoking cigarettes because I went up to 245 and now only weigh 205.
If I was to keep left overs, I would go back up in weight so, no cold left overs and I do not eat canned food anymore.
The only cold food I eat is my morning bowl of cereal and my turkey sandwich for lunch. I eat steak or chicken for dinner and it is always freshly cooked by my wife.

Eating cold foods?I can't stand cooked vegetables, but any kind of salad, raw cauliflower, radishes, broccoli, I love. Even raw cabbage is good; and I found a way to eat grean beans that haven't been cooked. Dill them like you would cucumbers to make dill pickles while they're still small on the vine--delicious!

Eating cold foods? It's great to see others losing a lot of weight to, when I quit smoking the herb a couple years ago somehow that and the fact I managed a resteraunt I got up to 285 at only 5'11" and a big help was stopping eating cold food and geting high regularly because I'm too lazy to heat up food when high and I won't eat cold food anymore and in the last 14 months I've gotten down to 195 and most of it I attribute to not keeping and eating leftovers, I now give them to my brother in law lol
