THC does not effect the amount of carcinogens entering the lungs, it effects the amount of carcinogens exiting the lungs. THC relaxes your throat making it easier for the carcinogens in the smoke to leave the lungs instead of being absorbed into the body

But later in the night, after I had come down most of the way, me and my bro went to go hit the bucket. I don't know what it was, but after one hit of the bucket, which i could barely hold in, I got SO fucking high.
