I'm a part-time lab tech in one of the top academic marine biology labs in the country, along with being a biology major, environmental studies minor, heading to get a phd in the near future. There are many people on this site who are smart enough to see through many of your less thought provoking posts. And it appears you're quite touchy with being respected. I think boasting degrees is a sign of pride, and although I don't believe in the bible, I believe pride is stupid.
I think LIP was pointing out common sense, rather than condescending you. All I ask is that you not assume everyone is out to offend your achievements .
