head shop is a good call, problem is i live in allegheny county and headshops are illegal here...

but yeah anyone know any shops in Cleveland or maybe Erie or Buffalo where i could get this done?
Himla Reviewed by Himla on . broken bubbler question so the stem from the bowl of my bubbler snapped off, would it be possible for me to repair that? I was thinking i could just heat up some glass and like glass-weld the stem back to the bowl. anyone have any other suggestions? Rating: 5
