Listen to Jerry G, he knows what's he's talking about with the hair test. It can be beaten most of the time (I'd say between 80-90% if multiple methods are used) but it takes extreme measures.

In addition to what I mentioned in the above thread, UV radiation from tanning beds or the sun can help as well as swimming in chlorinated water. Straighteners/relaxers also help remove metabolites.

I've been a daily user for at least 5 years. Of course there is the rare occasion where i dont smoke for a few days. But thats not often.
