i hate those cheapo timers. i bought a digital one and it was 12 bucks well spent.

I got one of these and the instructions are wayy vague...i'm trying to figure out the pins on it...can't tell if they all have to moved towards the outter edge for it to be on constantly? so basically half of all the pins on the timer towards the outter edge and half not for the off stage?
