since i quit caring if people know im stoned, i dont really get paranoid anymore. also taking precautions to not get caught helps, such as not carrying weed in your car(at least not too much that you cant eat it quickly.) and only smoking on private property.
darkside Reviewed by darkside on . Paranoia spoiling your times? I think I may have figured out, at least in my case, what causes paranoia while getting high. I think it's the almost unavoidable underlying thought that you could possibly get caught, no matter how careful you are. And that can be scary as hell. Even while I may not consciously be worrying about getting caught, the underlying reality of it causes me a bit of uneasiness, which in my case causes mild paranoia. Or maybe it's paranoia causing me to go on with this ridiculous train of Rating: 5
