    OK watering ? here

Well I have one of those garden meters that tells you if it's wet, moist or dry and well the first day that I planted everything in the phototron it took about a gallon of water and since then I watered about 1.5 cups a day except yest and today, NOW the book says make sure there is a puddle in the bottom for 23/24 hrs a day but my plants have grown so much in the past few days without having all that water, ? is how much water should you water it a day or treat it more like a reg garden and water when needed? OK so I know you are all gonna ask what did I use for soil and all that. I split it up equal parts and reading the back of the bags, Sphagnum Peat Moss, Reg Potting Soil, Vermiculite and Perlite, also with that I got my tomato plant back from near death so something's working.

P.S. Trying to get pics to up load so you can see but it's not working!!

What you described isn't hydroponics. If you posted in the right spot, more people would answer you. :stoned:

I would forget what the directions say about watering, and water as normal. When the soil is almost dried out, or you see the plant drooping a little.
