What happened to my state flag icon?

It looks like the file for the WV state flag has gone missing, any chance someone can fix that? That white box with the "X" through it is starting to get to me. Thanks in advance.

Oh! That's a separate state? Geez, I had no idea! I'm still wondering why they didn't take my passport last time I went to New Mexico either.... haha

Sorry GLODD... just messin. The admin should see this and check at some point! In the meantime, try out the 'cannabis land' flag?
