First of all I have to say that this board is nothing short of incredible. I haven't really been active and have learned so much!
I'm a brand new grower, trying my first time with floro tubes in an old shower stall...
I started with 3 seeds and I have a couple females... way exciting!
Soon, I'll be looking at building a box and taking care of the next batch with more knowlege.wineland Reviewed by wineland on . long time listener first time caller First of all I have to say that this board is nothing short of incredible. I'm growing in potting soil we had left over from repotting some houseplants.
Basically I had one of those moments when I was getting the seeds out of my weed and glanced over at the potting soil.
Seeds....potting soil.....seeds....potting soil
I think I have 2 females and a male. The "male" I have is obviously a different strand. I'm just calling it a male becaise I don't see the sticky strings where the others have them to signify female. It MAY be that the budding is just taking longer.
How long can I keep a male in with the females before he violates my girls?

Lets just say that there will be no doubts as to male or female. It takes 2-3 weeks of flowering before they normally drop any pollen. Plenty of time to minitor the plant and have your doubts satisfied.
