Ok I have a pre-employment test Wednesday. I became aware of the need to be tested this last Friday. The last time I smoked was Thursday night. I have been smoking for the last 10+ years, I am 6'3, over 250lbs. I used to be a "heavy" smoker but for some time now I might smoke maybe 1 or 2 (if a buddy comes over) joints a night. I do not smoke in the morning or at lunch only when I get home from my current job.

Since I became aware of the upcoming test I have abstained completely. I will have 5 days of no smoking prior to my test. I have a bottle of XXtra Clean that I will use the morning of the test. Test is scheduled for 10am and is part of a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Since Friday I have been drinking about 3 to 4 liters of water a day. Normally I drink about 2-3 liters of water a day. I do not drink alcohol. I don't even drink soda's much anymore so for me 2-3liters of water a day is the "norm" for the last couple of years.

I plan to go to a local gym and sit in the sauna for an hour or two tonight after work as well as tomorrow to help burn and pass more water through my system.

So will using this XXtra Clean from Detoxify and adstaining since last friday and my water consumption rate going to put me with in the realm of being able to pass? I am aware that I am probably going to be diluted but again I have had a high consumption of water in general for a couple years now so can always use that as an "excuse". Also wondering if on Test morning after I do the XXtra Clean and then fill that bottle up with water and drink it again within 15 minutes as directed should I continue to drink water or go get some gatoraid instead of water to drink before the actual test? If so how much gatoraid should I try to consume prior to the test?

Thanks for any info. Really hoping I can pass the test. I will probably be staying clean even afterwards since they do random testing year around but just getting pass the pre-employment test is my biggest hurdle. The job will be nice because I am looking at about a $7 dollar an hour increase over my current position.
