I usually take a cup of water and leave it in the freezer until the top of it just starts to freeze over. Then I take it out and break the ice on top and pour the ice-cold, but not frozen, water into my RooR. Since I have ice notches I'll also throw some ice cubes in if it seems necessary at the time. Then it's smooth smoking from there!:thumbsup:

I can roll the best joints I have ever seen in my 34 years of smoking weed and do not smoke joints anymore.
They rip my lungs apart and make me choke along with all the weed that gets wasted.
When I smoke out of a bong the same amount of weed last ten times longer and I do not get a sore throat unless I smoke too many bong hits of "not the high quality that was advertized" weed from the store.
Bong hits are the best way to smoke that I have found but if smoke is a bad thing for you then vaporizing may be your salvation.

Yeah I would just start buying better shit dude.
Get high off of one bowl and just enjoy it for the time being.. saves you from smoking all day and burning your lungs from all the big hits.

I think the best way is if you smoke it occasionally even once a week if you can smoke it everyday and still function perfectly then thats ok, imo anyway.
