haha my friend used niacin before drug tests and he would get all red and itchy. but it worked for him, must have been all the cranberry juice he would drink along with the niacin that really worked.

ive had freinds that take 15 to 20 just a couple days before drug tests and there good no overdosing and yes they are the ``flush``
