Ever made a barbequed pizza. It's great! It's not as fast as frozen, but it is fun and tastes good.

Get frozen dough. Thaw it, and let it rise. Coat with olive oil and press into a flat piece about 1/4 inch thick and 12 inches on a side. It's almost impossible to keep it perfectly round, so don't worry about the shape.

Preheat the grill so that you have one area that is very hot and another area that is medium to low heat.

Oil the grill and flop the dough onto the hot side of the grill. Watch carefully and as soon as it starts to get slightly toasted on the bottom, scoot it over to the low heat side of the grill --- usually it only takes a minute before I have to move mine, so don't walk away and have a bong hit, or else you'll come back to a flaming pizza.

Once it is brown on the bottom (maybe a minute or two), flip it over onto the hot side of the grill, so now the cooked side is up. Add sauce and toppings. Move quick becasue there is not a lot of time. Only use only a few toppings, only used precooked toppings, and don't make it a thick layer. The pizza is mostly cooking from the bottom, and not cooking for a long time, so this does not cook the toppings very much.

As soon as it starts to get slightly toasted on the bottom, scoot it over to the low heat side of the grill, just like you did before. Put the lid on the grill to help cook the toppings. When it is browned on the bottom, pull it out and eat it.
